Add a healthy punch with #Seedibles {{Giveaway}}

Most kids are picky eaters.

It totally sucks when you’re trying to add variety into your mealtimes and your kids fight with you tooth and nail to eat the food that’s placed in front if them. Hubby and I even have to “assist” with getting the food from their forks into their mouths.

Yep…totally sucks! But we at least eat ours first. Kinda like the airplane instructions of getting the air mask on your face before assisting others.

I’ve been trying to add more whole grains to my kid’s diets but find it hard to get them to eat anything “seedy”. They aren’t fans of grainy breads or quinoa subbing in for rice, so I tried another route.

I’ve recently been introduced to Seedibles.

Seedibles

Seedibles are delicious and uber nutritious and can be added into any recipes. They are full of super seeds like flax, hemp, quinoa and amaranth and then have all natural spices blended in to make great flavours.

QuinoaCool

We like to add Seedibles to our morning smoothies and I’ve even sprinkled CinnaWow onto cottage cheese!

CinnaWow can be used in all the “sweet” things your child loves to eat. It’s great on oatmeal, yogurt, mixed in pancakes or cookies!

CinnaWow

QuinoaCool is the perfect addition to lunches, snacks or dinners. It can blend in with pastas, tacos even grilled cheese sandwiches. Your child won’t even know it’s there.

Wanna try some Seedibles for yourself! We’ve got a pack each of CinnaWow and Quinoa Cool to give away to one lucky Raincity Mama reader! Please enter via the Rafflecopter link below. Giveaway is open to residents of the Greater Vancouver area only. Enter via the Rafflecopter link below.
